Refunds are only applicable if the purchased product contains a verified technical issue that prevents it from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.Non-Eligibility Conditions
The Money Back Guarantee will not be applicable in the following scenarios:Issues caused by customer’s hosting environment, including but not limited to:

Timeframe
Requests for a refund must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Any request made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be entertained.
Support Requirement Before Refund

If the issue cannot be resolved by our team within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued.
Digital Product Nature
