Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a plugin or theme has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund unless the product has a technical error.

 

Technical Errors and Exchanges:

If you encounter a technical error with a purchased plugin or theme that prevents it from functioning as advertised, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at admin@ksplugin.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Name of the plugin or theme experiencing the technical error
  • A detailed description of the technical error you are encountering

Our support team will investigate the issue and work with you to find a suitable replacement.

 

Exclusions:

We will not offer exchanges for:

  • Issues arising from incompatibility with your specific WordPress version, plugins, or themes. We recommend checking compatibility information before purchase.
  • User error or lack of understanding of how to use the product.
